The Uganda Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (UFAAS) in collaboration with Ministry of Agriculture, Animal INdustry and Fisheries (MAAIF) and other partners are organising the 2nd National Agricultural Extension symposium with the THEME: Making Extension and Advisory Services a transformative force in Uganda’s Agriculutre: What are the game changers?
This event will provide space for thought leaders, practitioners, academicians, private sector organisations and \ngos to network and deliberate on the game changers in extension and advisory services with potential to transform Uganda’s agriculture.
Objectives
1. To identify the game changing interventions and propose actionable recommendations to bring them to scale.
2. To enhance capacities of AEAS actors (individual and organizations) to better respond to emerging needs in the agriculture and rural transformation.
3. To deepen networking amongst AEAS actors and stakeholders.
4. To provide a platform for youths engagement in agricultural extension.
